Contracts Manager
Lawelawe Management Group is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to proactively manage government, agency/client, and partner contracts in alignment with FAR compliance, corporate goals, and program objectives. This role requires a strong grasp of federal contracting, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to develop comprehensive contract strategies that reduce risk and support business growth.

What You’ll Do
- Manage the full lifecycle of government, client, vendor, and subcontractor contracts, including blanket agreements and task orders
- Facilitate the effective implementation of contract responsibilities in alignment with program objectives and requirements
- Examine supporting materials and agreement documents related to bids or contracts, providing guidance to leadership and staff
- Develop, prepare, and administer contracts, bids, and proposals that comply with FAR, DFARS, and internal policies
- Support or lead contract negotiations with suppliers, partners, subcontractors, or customers
- Review contracts for compliance with language guidelines, identifying and mitigating contractual risks
- Liaise with staff across all levels of the organization to create comprehensive, actionable contract strategies
- Provide contract support to proposal development teams during capture and negotiation processes
What We’re Looking For
- Significant experience in contract management, preferably in a federal contracting environment
- Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and government contracting compliance requirements
- Proven ability to draft, review, and negotiate contracts, bids, and proposals
- Experience in developing and implementing contract management strategies
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and mitigate risk in contracts
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and contract management systems (Deltek Costpoint or similar a plus)
- US Citizenship required
