Accounts Receivable Clerk

Lawelawe Management Group is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to support our finance operations. This flexible, project-based role is critical to keeping revenue flowing smoothly and financial records accurate.
This is a consulting opportunity. Work is structured around specific client projects, with assignments that may range from short-term surge support to longer-term initiatives, depending on client requirements and needs.
What You’ll Do
- Record customer payments received
- Prepare and record customer invoices
- Submit customer invoices for processing
- Work monthly collections of past-due receivables
- Process and record project setups and modifications
- Monitor project ceilings and funding limitations
What We’re Looking For
- Accounts receivable or general accounting experience
- Strong Excel and MS Office skills (Deltek Costpoint a plus)
- Detail-driven, organized, and reliable
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- US Citizenship required
