Proposal Pricing Analyst

Lawelawe Management Group is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Proposal Pricing Analyst to support our business development efforts. In this role, you’ll collaborate across departments to develop compliant cost models, competitive pricing strategies, and reusable pricing frameworks that drive growth.
This is a consulting opportunity. Work is structured around specific client projects, with assignments that may range from short-term surge support to longer-term initiatives, depending on client requirements and needs.
What You’ll Do
- Review cost/price issues and oversee cost strategy development and implementation
- Develop compliant pricing for proposals by partnering with business development, capture, and operations teams
- Build cost models and establish the basis of estimates with input from operations, finance, HR, capture managers, and subcontractors
- Partner with capture and executive leadership to establish labor cost pools for bid pricing
- Research competitor pricing and market trends to inform strategies
- Develop scalable, reusable pricing models to support future proposals
What We’re Looking For
- Professional experience in pricing, cost analysis, or proposal development (federal contracting experience strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of cost modeling, pricing strategies, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (finance, HR, operations, and BD)
- Creative, analytical, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills
- US Citizenship required
