Talent Acquisition Manager

Lawelawe Management Group is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee recruiting operations and drive strategies that attract, engage, and retain top talent. This role blends leadership, data-driven decision-making, and forward-looking workforce planning to ensure our hiring practices align with organizational goals and position us competitively in the market.
This is a consulting opportunity. Work is structured around specific client projects, with assignments that may range from short-term surge support to longer-term initiatives, depending on client requirements and needs.
What You’ll Do
As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will design and manage a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that ensures strong candidate pipelines across the organization. You’ll oversee the entire hiring process from sourcing to onboarding, acting as both a strategist and mentor to your recruiting team. You will provide hiring managers and executives with guidance on best practices, ensuring compliance and efficiency in every step of the process.
You’ll lead weekly reporting meetings, delivering hiring metrics and actionable insights to leadership. By analyzing market trends and identifying skills gaps, you will design proactive approaches to meet future workforce needs. You will also foster a culture of innovation within the recruiting function, ensuring your team stays ahead in attracting high-quality candidates in competitive industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle talent acquisition, from sourcing strategies through onboarding
- Serve as a knowledge hub, advising hiring managers and leaders on best practices
- Lead weekly reporting sessions with data-driven hiring metrics and insights
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to ensure performance excellence
- Analyze market trends and identify future workforce needs to guide proactive recruiting strategies
- Innovate recruiting approaches to attract top-tier talent across industries
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. HR or recruiting certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter Certification) a plus
- Significant experience in talent acquisition, with proven success managing recruiters or recruiting teams
- Demonstrated success designing and implementing hiring strategies that support business goals
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics tools
- Strong background in pipeline development and proactive sourcing strategies
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills
- Data-driven approach with experience in reporting hiring metrics and analyzing workforce trends
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across leadership and hiring teams
- Ability to innovate recruiting strategies to remain competitive in fast-moving industries
- US Citizenship required
